Key Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Provide information about products and services to customers.
5. Follow company guidelines and quality standards during customer interactions.
6. Achieve performance targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer concerns when necessary. These duties reflect common call center responsibilities in customer service and call handling roles.

Requirements

1. Minimum Educational Qualification: Honors/Bachelor’s Degree.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center, customer service, or related field.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
4. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email, Internet Browsing).
5. English typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
8. Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Working Conditions

1. Duty Type: Shifting Duty
2. Working Hours: 8 Hours per Shift
3. Working Days: 6 Days per Week
